    Management

    • Vertical green wall system has been installed at the entrance of 26 Nathan Road. Soil-less technology and automatic irrigation system are applied to provide clean and bacteria-free environment. Besides, the vertical green wall system can lower heat absorption capacity of walls to reduce cooling energy consumption.
    • Collecting plastic bottle, waste paper, aluminum cans, ink cartridges and battery for recycle.
    • Optimization of chiller plant operating period to minimize electricity consumption.
    • Sun control window films applied on the curtain wall glass panel.
